The voices of Celestial Avenue brace for their return as The Glam Gizmo is set to return Wednesday 30th April.
Ahead of the season beginning, titles for the fifth season of the audio series have been dropped on social media to build up the anticipation of what will be an exciting adventure.
What has been revealed since is that the fifth season will be widely be called DEATH WHIRL.
What is the Death Whirl though? Where does it come from? What does it mean? And is it possible it could span all the way down the timelines to the very beginning of where The Glam Gizmo first saw life?
THE GLAM GIZMO - SEASON FIVE | EPISODE TITLES
Episode 1. Mortuus Domum
An old seaside mansion out of time brings Violet and Casper together for one last mystery.
Old friends are waiting for them there, but not in the way that they had anticipated and with no way out when they are stalked by a terrifying ghostly creature, nothing really is as it seems.
Episode 2. The Garbage Man
Lily and Wanda's concern grows when people start disappearing at night under unsettling circumstances, but they have problems of their own when they meet Wally Winker, but fate has aligned Astrid on day one of her new job where both she and Cadmus learn all about Celestial Avenue.
Episode 3. The Ballad Of Oliver Keppell
When Viv wanted to escape from monotony, she didn't expect her whole world is soon turned inside out when she meets Oliver Keppell.
Lydia however believes that the glam-rock musician remained missing all those years ago, but as Violet and Casper soon discover, the history has a habit of changing when it is dabbled with.
Episode 4. Clockwise
A clockmaking and time-piece repair shop has opened across the road from Gibbon's Guild, but what lies inside for Lily and Wanda may change their lives forever.
Episode 5. Pure Machinations
Astrid finds her way into Buxton's Patisserie, but she's not the only one that's fallen into the insectoid mutant's plan.
Both she and Elsie have to outwit Buxton in a series of challenges, however they soon realise the truth behind the rumors of the shop, that nobody ever goes in and nobody ever comes out.
Episode 6. Remorse For The Hollow Men
Professor Paradox brings Violet and Casper to an unknown dimension where their only way out is to share their testimonies.
Episode 7. Spy-Fi
Lily is brought to the Department Of Celestial Affairs where she is forced to work with an unlikely accomplice - together they must contain a rift in Melbourne that holds reality ransom.
Episode 8. The Death-Whirl Dominion
Vladimir Dangerfield has the universe at his will and the Celestial Realm is no more, but perhaps the answer to salvation lies in an old shop on Celestial Avenue.
New episodes will drop monthly on the last Wednesday of every month going all the way until November.
Season Five will see the return of Chloe Towan as Violet, Luke Peverelle as Casper, Stefanie Fazzari as Lily, Alanah Parkin as Wanda, Joel Hunter as Wally Winker, Gary Boulter as The Clockmaker and Kara Dennison as Lydia. The slate of episodes will also introduce Briannah Borg as Astrid, Lilli Fulwood as Elsie, Mike Liberale as Cadmus, Matthew Hadgraft as Vladimir Dangerfield and Tara Daniel as Ms. Quick.
"Writing for this wonderful ensemble of characters has been an incredible joy," says series creator Tom Denham, "The cast of The Glam Gizmo has never been more vibrant that every voice both old and new just fizz with ecstatic energy."
"It's been really interesting working on this project all the way from Season One to the new season coming out," says Chloe Towan (Violet), "Seeing the story and the universe grow over the years has been really fun."

The Glam Gizmo - Season Five: Death Whirl will commence Wednesday 30th April with MORTUUS DOMUM starring Chloe Towan, Luke Peverelle, Paul Robertson and Lindsay Chapman.
